Raised in California and transplanted to Utah. Married my college sweetheart from Montana, and we are raising 4 nuggets together. I love all things DIY projects and doing them on a budget. I don’t mind messing up and am ok with the 90/10 rule - nothing is perfect over here and it’s fine by me! Encouraging all ‘wanna-be’ DIYers to just get out there and try it! You will be so glad you did.”

This has been such a fun 6 week challenge for me. It has pushed me to GET IT DONE! The new laundry room is perfect for our family’s needs. I have been so grateful to participate with the One Room Challenge team and Better Homes and Gardens. Make sure to see all the final reveals right here on their blog.Â
I won’t keep you waiting any longer – HERE IT IS! Working with Kirkland’s for this reveal was so much fun! You can watch all of my shopping trips on Instagram as well as the video of decorating – it was a great experience.
Isn’t she cute?! In this post I will be sharing all of my DIY links to previous posts, as well as all of the links to the products I have used.Â
Here is a simple recap of the last 6 weeks:
This transformation really gave me extra space to do my work in here without breaking the bank or tearing down walls. Each post will explain the process. But now lets get on to the fun part – decorating!
I collaborated with Kirkland’s for this One Room Challenge. If you have not visited their website before – GO NOW. I will make it easy – CLICK NOW! Seriously their prices and selection are so amazing. Let me give you some ideas for your laundry space.
They have so many items online to get you organized. Check out the eye candy right here. The one I used was called the Natural Farmhouse Multi-Use Wall Organizer that you can pick up right here.
I loved the black rolling hamper. You can find all of the hampers right here.
They have so many signs to add to this laundry space. Take a look at all of them here. The two are chose are The Towel Plaque and the Fluff and Fold.
They have so many options for greenery, which I think adds a lot to the space to keep it bright. Check all of those out here. I used the Fern Glass Bottle Set here and it worked perfect for my space.
Round, square, soft, firm – Kirkland’s has them all! Here is a compiled list from their site. I snagged some large rectangle ones that were a great size.
I needed a certain size rug and I was so glad to see that Kirkland’s had them all. Check them out here. I chose the Natural Jute Scatter Rug and I love how it looks!
You really could spend hours on their site and in the store getting ideas on how to decorate your space. Laundry room is just the beginning. Patio, Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living Room decor. It’s all there. The the prices can’t be beat!
I appreciate you all following along on this One Room Challenge journey with me. I had so much fun and I hope you gained some inspiration on how to update you laundry room too! Until the next project – so long!
