Raised in California and transplanted to Utah. Married my college sweetheart from Montana, and we are raising 4 nuggets together. I love all things DIY projects and doing them on a budget. I don’t mind messing up and am ok with the 90/10 rule - nothing is perfect over here and it’s fine by me! Encouraging all ‘wanna-be’ DIYers to just get out there and try it! You will be so glad you did.”
Fall is such a fun season to decorate for and I look forward to it all year. I am partnering with Bed Bath and Beyond to share some easy styling tips for your mantel, that anyone can do. Not only is this an easy styling for a Fall mantel, it is easy shopping too with Bed Bath and Beyond! I will give you a step by step styling as well as the links to each product.
My mantel will be getting a change from this pumpkin set up I did for Halloween (see image below). I like simple pieces and not too cluttered.
Bed Bath and Beyond has so much more than towels and bed sheets. Their personal line called Bee & Willow is one of my favorites. Click here to check out their website and see the current deals they have. You can search Fall Home Decor in the search bar, or click categories and click holiday.
Before you make your purchases, let me share some tips for styling that may help guide your shopping.
There is no right or wrong way to decorate, if you like it, then it works! This is how I create my look for each mantel season. I first want a focal point. I always use a large picture or sign. So this time I decided upon a large mirror with a wreath hanging in the middle. I found this large 26 inch natural wood framed mirror and I feel like it will go well with in a lot of different seasons. Long term usage is a good thing!
I also wanted a fall wreath to hang in the middle with a 3M hook. This neutral Bee & Willow Berry Wreath was the perfect size.
My mantel is set up with a shutter on each side (you can see how to build them here). So I always make sure to have end cap pieces to highlight the shutters. I found these Black LED Lanterns. I love how the candles are battery operated!
Finally I found fun Fall pieces to fill in the mantel space. I wanted candlesticks to bring height, and pumpkins to bring out the Fall feel. I grabbed the following off of the Bed Bath and Beyond website:
Now it was time to get it styled. Click here to watch the video of the process.
I hope this Easy Styling For A Fall Mantel with Bed Bath and Beyond was a help to you as you decorate! Here is a recap of all the items I picked up:
